Recommendations for Arizona Sports Officials Association and Chandler Officials, LLC.

Re: Mr. Brian Kreps
Chandler Officials/ ASOA

To whom it may concern:
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Brian Kreps.

I have been associated with Brian and the Chandler Officials for two seasons and he and his team of officials have shown the most professional services of any group of officials we have used.

Brian’s group is punctual, and demonstrates the type of officiating crews CYAA standards could benefit from.

Please keep them in your consideration for upcoming tournaments and/or league play.

Sincerely,
J. Gregg Buchanan – PE/Athletic Director

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Chandler Officials. The Kyrene Athletic Program has used their officials for the past two years in our middle school soccer and baseball programs. They are both professional and knowledgeable.

Chandler Officials responds positively to feedback and continually looks for ways to improve their service. Brian Kreps has been a pleasure to work with and strives to provide the best officials to work with our athletes.

Thank you,
Jama Nacke
District Athletic Director
Kyrene School District

Hey Brian, I would like to thank you and your staff of umpires for making our Annual Baseball and Softball tournament a great success. All the teams in the tournament complimented me on the professionalism and quality of all the umpires. I really look forward to working with you on Skyline Tech High Schools up coming events.

This is a letter to advise you on how happy and impressed we were with Brian and his umpiring association known as Arizona Sports Officials Association. We run an adult baseball program call NABA (National Adult Baseball Association). We recently had our World Series tournament in the state of Arizona. Brian worked extremely hard for us in making sure we had coverage for our games that spread throughout the valley. Some games starting as late as 10:30pm. Not one of the fields went uncovered. This was truly a positive experience for us as an organization, as well as the players themselves. I would strongly recommend Arizona Sports Officials Association to assist in your umpiring needs. They were prompt, professional and a top of the line organization.

Regards,
Jeff Wood
NABA (National Adult Baseball Association)

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, BRIAN AND HIS GROUP(CHANDLER OFFICIALS) DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB IN OUR CYAA BASEBALL TOURNAMENT. NOT ONLY WERE HIS GUYS ON TIME, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY WERE GREAT WITH THE KIDS. I WOULD GIVE HIM THE HIGHEST OF RECOMMENDATIONS.

GARY COFFMAN
CYAA (ATHLETIC DIRECTOR)

I am pleased to recommend Chandler Officials to assist with your officiating needs. Basha High School had Chandler Officials provide officials for all of the freshman baseball games. In addition Chandler Officials, would with minimal notice, work other games (Softball) for Basha High. It was a tremendous relief to have the quality service and professionalism of Chandler Officials during Basha High’s spring sport season.

I wanted to let you know that the umpires this weekend were great. They were very patient and consistent on the field with the boys and the coaches at all games.

We used Chandler Officials, LLCC this fall for the first time, and were very pleased. Brian’s group covered 3 fields every Saturday and Sunday for a average of 24 games per weekend for our ten week fall season. Brian was very easy to communicate with, both via E-mail and on the phone. He took a special interest in learning the culture of our league and making sure all his umpires understood it. His staff was professional in every way (dress, domineer, punctuality, etc). Their on the field skills and knowledge of the rules was very impressive. We plan to have a long term relationship with Chandler Officials and would recommend their group to any youth organization.
