Spring Season 2009 was a big success. The Arizona Amateur Baseball League will have its spring season 2010 starting the SECOND week in February. This season runs through the end of may. This year, the AABL is doing a first of its kind. We are working on a True HOME FIELD EXPERIENCE. This is the first of its kind in amateur baseball.  There are 18 league games and a playoff tournament.
The AABL will have the following divisions:

PREMIER DIVISION (WOOD )** HOME TEAM DICTATES WOOD OR ALUMINUM. This is a Semi Professional division and the goal of this is to have a place for former professional players to play and for players to get that second chance or look. Brian Kreps and Jerry Lehman have teamed up to work this division.

Competative wood and aluminum. This divsion is designed for the serious player.

Recreation wood and aluminum. This division is designed for the player that just wants to play baseball and have fun. For the beginner of less competative.

All division need to have their players in proper baseball atire. Shorts, jeans is not the proper baseball atire. Teams must have uniforms.

There will be tryouts for this season. Check back for more information. The cost of the tryout will be 10.00 paid at the tryout. All players will tryout at the same time. You will be given a color and number for the division you wish to play in. The date of the tryout is to be determind. (Probably the last saturday in January 2010).
